Abstract

Inventia se refera la galvanotehnica, in particular la o instalatie pentru depunerea acoperirilor electrochimice compozitionale. Instalatia include o baie (1) cu fund (2) tronconic, in care sunt amplasati anozi (4) si catozi (5), si un sistem de recirculare hidrodinamica a electrolitului cu suspensie. Baia (1) este dotata cu un sistem de incalzire (3). Sistemul de recirculare hidrodinamica include un segment de teava de ghidare (7), amplasat vertical in centrul baii (1) si fixat cu antretoaze (8), in interiorul caruia este amplasata o conducta (9) cu posibilitatea miscarii alternante. La capatul inferior al conductei este montata o palnie (10) orientata cu baza mica in sus, iar la capatul superior conducta (9) comunica cu o teava de distributie (11) cu duze (12) amplasata perpendicular pe ea si afundata in electrolit, totodata teava de distributie (11) este conectata cu o actionare electrica (17) prin intermediul unei tije (13) cu arc (15), unei role (16) si a unui excentric (18) amplasate in serie si legate intre ele.The invention relates to electroplating, in particular to an installation for depositing electrochemical compositional coatings. The installation includes a bath (1) with truncated bottom (2), in which anodes (4) and cathodes (5) are located, and a hydrodynamic recirculation system of the electrolyte with suspension. The bathroom (1) is equipped with a heating system (3). The hydrodynamic recirculation system includes a segment of the guide pipe (7), located vertically in the center of the bath (1) and fixed with sprays (8), inside which a pipe (9) with the possibility of alternating movement is located. At the lower end of the pipe is mounted a funnel (10) oriented with a small base upwards, and at the upper end the pipe (9) communicates with a distribution pipe (11) with nozzles (12) placed perpendicular to it and sunk in electrolyte, at the same time the distribution pipe (11) is connected with an electric drive (17) by means of a rod (13) with a spring (15), a roller (16) and an eccentric (18) placed in series and connected between them.
