Abstract

Inventia se refera la piscicultura, si anume la un procedeu de reproducere artificiala a sangerului.Procedeul de reproducere artificiala a sangeruluiinclude prinderea din lacul-racitor in decada a treia a lui decembrie a femelelor nematurate sexualin varsta de 4...5 ani cu gonade la stadiile III...IV de maturare cu oocite care se dezvolta normalsi cu gonade la stadiul III de maturare ce continoocite care se dezvolta normal si oocite in stadiu de resorbtie, intretinerea lor in helesteie pentru iernat timp de cinci luni pana la maturatie cu utilizarea ulterioara a femelelor de prima maturatie pentru reproducere in prima decada a lunii iunie. Gradul dezvoltarii oocitelor si gradul pregatirii femelelor pentru reproducere se determina corespunzator prin metoda histologica si biopsie. Rezultatul inventiei consta in sporirea eficacitatii folosirii femelelor de sanger de prima maturatie.
