Abstract
Inventia se refera la o dispersie pe baza de hidroxid de calciu utilizata la fixarea si consolidarea frescelor, finisajelor si a elementelor ornamentale vechi din marmura, beton si mortar. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca dispersia contine un sistem dispers microcoloidal pe baza de hidroxid de calciu in alcool izopropilic si 0,5% bromura de N-cetilpiridina, care reprezinta o solutie opalescenta obtinuta in urma reactiei stoichiometrice dintre o solutie de CaCl2 55%, incalzita in prealabil pana la 80°C si o solutie de NaOH 40%, luate in raport de masa 1:1, la amestecare timp de 20...30 min la temperatura de 80...90°C, cu racirea ulterioara si spalarea precipitatului obtinut cu apa distilata pana la lipsa ionilor de Cl- si Na+, cu dispersarea ulterioara a precipitatului intr-un volum de alcool izopropilic ce constituie jumatate din volumul amestecului initial al reactiei, in prezenta solutiei apoase de bromura de N-cetilpiridina (cetazol), cu agitarea ulterioara a sistemului obtinut timp de 60 min la temperatura de 35...40°C si decantarea lui. Rezultatul consta in obtinerea unei dispersii, care nu este toxica, este biodegradabila, asigura o fixare si consolidare buna pe suprafata obiectelor.The invention relates to a dispersion based on calcium hydroxide used for fixing and consolidating frescoes, finishes and old ornamental elements of marble, concrete and mortar. The essence of the invention is that the dispersion contains a microcolloid dispersed system based on calcium hydroxide in isopropyl alcohol and 0.5% N-cetylpyridine bromide, which represents an opalescent solution obtained from the stoichiometric reaction between a 55% CaCl2 solution, Preheated to 80 ° C and a 40% NaOH solution, taken in the ratio of 1: 1 mass, to mixing for 20 ... 30 min at 80 ... 90 ° C, with subsequent cooling and washing the precipitate obtained with distilled water until the absence of Cl- and Na + ions, with the subsequent dispersion of the precipitate into a volume of isopropyl alcohol, which constitutes half of the volume of the initial reaction mixture, in the presence of the aqueous solution of N-cetylpyridine bromide (cetazole ), with subsequent stirring of the system obtained for 60 minutes at 35 ... 40 ° C and decanting it. The result consists in obtaining a dispersion, which is not toxic, is biodegradable, ensures a good fixation and consolidation on the surface of the objects.
