Abstract

Inventia se refera la chimie si medicina, si anume la un sir de compusi interni de cupru biologic activi din clasa tiosemicarbazidatilor metalelor de tranzitie care pot gasi aplicare in practica medicala si medicina veterinara in calitate de preparate antimicrobiene. Esenta inventiei consta in obtinerea naftalidentiosemicarbazidatilor de cupru(II) care contin sulfanilamide cu formula: I - XIunde R = H (I - V), C6H5 (VI - IX);Compusii I-IX manifesta activitate antimicrobiana.Rezultatul inventiei consta in sinteza compusilor I-IX, care au toxicitate joasa, manifesta activitate antimicrobiana fata de majoritatea microorganismelor, iar in cazul tulpinilor gram-pozitive ale culturilor testate manifesta activitate bacteriostatica si bactericida de 16...160 ori mai inalta. The invention relates to chemistry and medicine, namely to a number of biologically active internal copper compounds in the thiosemicarbazidate class of transition metals that can find application in medical practice and veterinary medicine as antimicrobial preparations. The essence of the invention consists in obtaining the naphthalidentesemicarbazidates of copper (II) containing sulphanilamides of the formula: I - XIunde R = H (I - V), C6H5 (VI - IX); Compounds I-IX show antimicrobial activity. The result of the invention consists in the synthesis of compounds. I-IX, which have low toxicity, exhibits antimicrobial activity against most microorganisms, and in the case of the gram-positive strains of the cultures tested, it exhibits bacteriostatic and bactericidal activity of 16 ... 160 times higher.
