Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un material termoprotector ignifug.Materialul, conform invenţiei, constă dintr-o urzeală fibroasă stratificată executată din fibre de sticlă cilindrice şi un înveliş metalizat aplicat pe suprafaţa ei, totodată fibrele conţin un miez de substanţă metalică cu transformare de fază care constituie 40…80% din secţiunea transversală a fibrei. Substanţa metalică cu transformare de fază reprezintă un aliaj de metale uşor fuzibil cu căldura specifică de topire înaltă şi cu temperatura de topire mai joasă decât temperatura de înmuiere a sticlei utilizate.Urzeala fibroasă constă din straturi alternante în care fibrele de sticlă conţin miezuri de substanţe cu transformare de fază cu o căldură specifică de topire diferită, totodată fibrele straturilor exterioare, orientate spre sursa de căldură, conţin miezuri de substanţe cu transformare de fază având o temperatură de topire mai înaltă comparativ cu fibrele straturilor interioare.
