Abstract

Inventia se refera la tehnica experimentala, in particular la instalatiile pentru incercarea materialelor de constructie la miscarea alternativa cu si fara lubrifiant. Instalatia de incercare a materialelor la frecare contine, amplasate pe baza (1), un dispozitiv de fixare a probei (8), ce include un fixator al ei, un mecanism de miscare du-te-vino (6), legat cu el; un mecanism de incarcare, care include o coloana (3), ce este amplasata liber in orificiul bucsei directoare (23), o greutate (5), fixata in partea de sus a coloanei (3) si un fixator al contraprobei (10), fixat in partea de jos a ei, precum si un masurator al fortelor de frecare (13). It is new that the friction testing equipment includes two sample fasteners and two loading mechanisms. Each sample fixture contains a bat (14), rigidly fixed to the base (1), which, by means of a "tail of the joint" type, are fitted to the breasts (15) with sinks (16) installed on them, in which the test (8) is fixed. The sleds (15) of both fixing devices, independently of each other, are joined with the go-come (6) movement mechanism with the possibility of adjusting the length of the double runs. On each fixation of the counter-test (10) are fixed tensometric transducers (11), joined with the measurement of the frictional forces (13). On each counter-test (9) in its contact region with the sample (8) is fixed a thermocouple (20) together with a temperature meter (21). Each sink (16) is additionally equipped with a heating element (17), coupled with a temperature change device (18). The loading mechanism is additionally equipped with a guide rod (22), fixed in the guide bush (23) and placed parallel to the column (3), at the same time its free end is located in the hole of the console, fixed on the column.
