Abstract
Debitmetrul optoelectronic este destinat măsurării debitului gazului, lichiduluisau vaporilor şi poate fi folosit în sistemele de măsurat de control şi în contoare-debitmetre, în special în gospodăria municipial-uzuală.Debitmetru optoelectronic constă dintr-o conductă (1) cu dispozitiv de îngustare (2) în formă de diagramă iris (3), încorporat în cea dintâi, un motor pas cu pas (4), un captor de diferenţă de presiune (6), un bloc de comandă (microprocesor) (11), un bloc de indicare digitală (display) (12), un bloc de lecturare a datelor (10) de pe fişa decredit cu microcircuit, un bloc de emiţătoare optice (7), un bloc de fotoreceptoare (8) şi un bloc de amplificare (9).Captorul de difernţă a presiunilor este efectuat din fibre optice multimodice sau monomodice cu strângere cu puţine moduri, peste care este turnat compaund de silicon. În timpul formării caprtorului de diferenţă a presiunilor sus-numita strângere se formează prin încălzirea şi întinderea fibrelor optice. Încălzirea este efectuată prin radiaţia neîntreruptă monomodică laser, care este dilatată şi focalizată de-a lungul fibrelor optice cu ajutorul a două oglinzi cilindrice, iar temperatura încălzirii se menţine constantă cu ajutorul ajustării planului focal a celei de-a doua oglinzi cilindrice.
