Abstract
The invention refers to medicine, namely to otorhinolaryngology and can be used for treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.The method, according to the invention, consists in that it is carried out cauterization of granules with Nucin solution, then it is rinsed the oropharynx with ozonized Nucin solution, diluted with physiologic saline in the ratio of 1:7...1:10 with an ozone concentration of 8000...12000 -g/L, daily or in a day, during 3...5 days, twice per year. At the same time, optionally, beginning with the third day of treatment, it is applied a therapy with a pulsed electromagnetic field of a frequency of 12 or 27, or 40, or 68 MHz and the power of 500...800 W on the region of palatine tonsils, during 3...7 min, daily, for the space of 7...10 days.
