Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la otorinolaringologie si poate fi utilizata pentru tratamentul faringitei cronice hipertrofice. Metoda, conform inventiei, consta in aceea ca se efectueaza cauterizarea granulatiilor cu solutie de Nucina, apoi se clateste orofaringele cu solutie de Nucina ozonata, dizolvata cu solutie fiziologica in raport de 1:7…1:10 cu o concentratie a ozonului de 8000…12000 Myg/L, zilnic sau peste o zi, pe parcursul a 3…5 zile, de doua ori pe an. Totodata optional, incepand cu a treia zi de tratament, se aplica o terapie cu un camp electromagnetic pulsator cu o frecventa de 12 sau 27, sau 40, sau 68 MHz si puterea de 500…800 W pe regiunea amigdalelor palatine, timp de 3…7 min zilnic, pe parcursul a 7…10 zile.The invention relates to medicine, namely otolaryngology, and may be used for the treatment of chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis. Forma hipertrofică a faringitei constituie o îngroşare şi o disociere edematică a stromei mucoasei şi a stratului submucos. Zilnic s-a efectuat cauterizarea granulaţiilor cu soluţie de Nucină, apoi clătirea orofaringelui cu soluţie ozonată de Nucină, dizolvată în soluţie fiziologică în raport de 1:7 cu o concentraţie a ozonului de 8000 µg/L, pe parcursul a 5 zile. La a treia zi pacientul a simţit o ameliorare însemnată. Peste 5 zile plângeri din partea pacientului nu au fost. S-a observat o ameliorare obiectivă evidentă a faringelui. La a patra zi pacienta a simţit o ameliorare. Peste 7 zile plângeri din partea pacientului nu au fost. Obiectiv s-a observat o ameliorare evidentă a stării orofaringelui. On the 10th day, the patient was discharged in satisfactory condition.
