Abstract

Invenţia se referă la agricultură, în special la un mediu nutritiv pentru germinarea polenului de ardei dulce Capsicum annuum L., şi poate fi utilizată în selecţie şi cultura seminceră.Mediul nutritiv conţine polietilenglicol, nitrat de calciu, acid boric, extract de glicozide dehidroconiferil alcool-9'-O-β-D-glucopiranozidă şi dehidroconiferil alcool-9-O-β-D-glucopi-ranozidă, obţinut din plante de Verbascum densiflorum Bertol. prin tratarea lor cu soluţie apoasă de etanol de 50% la fierbere cu separarea ulterioară a extractului uscat pe Sephadex LH-10 şi Silicagel L 40/100 µ, ingredientele fiind luate în următorul raport, g/l:Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sporirea germinării polenului de ardei dulce de soiuri pitice în condiţii in vitro.
