Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, şi anume la o tulpină de bazidiomicete şi poate fi aplicată în industria alimentară.Se propune tulpina de bazidiomicete Pleurotus ostreatus (Jacq.:Fr) Kumm. CNMN-FB-03 - producătoare de carpofori cu valoare nutritivă înaltă, depozitată în Colecţia Naţională de Microorganisme Nepatogene a Republicii Moldova.Rezultatul constă în obţinerea unei recolte înalte de carpofori cu valoare nutritivă înaltă.
