Abstract

Invenţia se referă la chimia compuşilor coordinativi din clasa tiosemicarbazonaţilor metalelor de tranziţie şi anume la salicilidentiosemicarbazidaţii heterometalici, care conţin sulfanilamide, care pot fi utilizaţi în electrotehnică în calitate de materiale dielectrice.Esenţa invenţiei constă în obţinerea salicilidentiosemicarbazidaţilor mononucleari de zinc şi nichel şi pornind de la compuşii heterometalici ulteriori cu formula generală :unde M1 = Co, Ni, Cu; M= Zn, Ni; z = 0 ... 10; x este limitat de mărimile microcristalelorcare posedă rezistenţă specifică în intervalul 7·1014 ... 5·1015 Ω·cm la 293 K.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în sinteza compuşilor coordinativi heterometalici, care au rezistenţa specifică de 1,1...5,6 ori mai înaltă decât analogul lor.
