Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to hepatology.Summary of the invention consists in that it is carried out the ultrasonic fluorometric Doppler examination where it is determined the volume consumption of the blood circulation in a certain section of the vessel and the section area of the given vessel, then it is calculated an index, representing the ratio between the vessel section area and the volume consumption. If the determined index has values of 0,130…0,150, it is established a compensated state of hepatoportal perfusion, if it has values of 0,150…0,180, it is established a subcompensated state and if greater than 0,180 - a decompensated state.
