Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, in special la hepatologie. Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca se efectueaza examenul Doppler fluorometric ultrasonor unde se determina debitul volumic al circulatiei sanguine intr-o anumita sectiune a vasului si aria sectiunii vasului dat, apoi se calculeaza un indice, care reprezinta raportul dintre aria sectiunii vasului si debitul volumic. Daca indicele determinat are valori de 0,130...0,150, se stabileste o stare compensata de perfuzie porto-hepatica, daca are valori de 0,150...0,180, se stabileste o stare subcompensata si daca mai mari de 0,180 - o stare decompensata.
