Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la hepatologie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în utilizarea budesonidei pentru tratamentul ascitei rezistente la pacienţii cu ciroză hepatică decompensată.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în diminuarea procesului regional inflamator cronic prin micşorarea permeabilităţii peretelui vascular şi a transsudării lichidului în spaţiul interstiţial al organelor cavităţii abdominale şi preîntâmpină acumularea lui în cavitatea peritoneală, care duce la formarea ascitei rezistente.
