Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to hepatology.Summary of the invention consists in the use of budesonide for treatment of resistant ascites to patients with decompensated hepatic cirrhosis. The result of the invention consists in diminishing the regional chronic inflammatory process by decreasing the permeability of the vascular wall and the liquid transudation into the interstitial space of the abdominal cavity organs and prevents its accumulation into the peritoneal cavity, which leads to the formation of the resistant ascites.
