Abstract

Inventia se refera la tehnica de masurare si radiotehnica si poate fi utilizata pentru masurarea cu precizie inalta a componentelor impedantei. Impedantmetrul contine un generator de semnal (1), conectat in serie cu un rezistor (2), un convertor de impedanta (5) cu doua contacte de iesire si doua intrari, conectat cu un contact de iesire impreuna cu o clema de iesire a generatorului (1) la masa, doua cleme (3, 4) pentru conectarea obiectului masurat, conectate respectiv la al doilea contact al rezistorului (2) si la al doilea contact de iesire al convertorului (5), un amplificator (6), conectat cu un contact de intrare la punctul comun al rezistorului (2) si clemei (3) pentru conectarea obiectului masurat, iar cu al doilea contact de intrare - la masa, doua comparatoare (7, 8), conectate cu intrarile respectiv la iesirea amplificatorului (6) si la un punct de referinta al convertorului (5), precum si un bloc de comanda (9) cu doua iesiri, conectate la intrarile convertorului (5). In calitate de convertor de impedanta (5) se utilizeaza un convertor cu reglare independenta a componentelor activa si reactiva ale impedantei reproduse, iar in calitate de punct de referinta al convertorului (5) se utilizeaza punctul circuitului convertorului, in care faza semnalului coincide cu faza caderii de tensiune pe componenta reactiva a impedantei reproduse. Blocul de comanda (9) este dotat cu doua intrari, conectate la iesirile comparatoarelor (7, 8).The invention relates to the measurement and radiotechnical technique and can be used for high precision measurement of impedance components. The impedance meter contains a signal generator (1), connected in series with a resistor (2), an impedance converter (5) with two output contacts and two inputs, connected with an output contact together with an output clip of the generator. (1) at the table, two clips (3, 4) for connecting the measured object, connected respectively to the second contact of the resistor (2) and to the second output contact of the converter (5), an amplifier (6), connected with an input contact at the common point of the resistor (2) and the clamp (3) for connecting the measured object, and with the second input contact - at the table, two comparators (7, 8), connected with the respective inputs at the output of the amplifier (6 ) and to a reference point of the converter (5), as well as a control block (9) with two outputs, connected to the inputs of the converter (5). As an impedance converter (5), a converter with independent adjustment of the active and reactive components of the reproduced impedance is used, and as the reference point of the converter (5) the point of the converter circuit is used, in which the signal phase coincides with the phase voltage drop on the reactive component of the reproduced impedance. The control block (9) is equipped with two inputs, connected to the comparator outputs (7, 8).
