Abstract

Inventia se refera la procedeele de epurare biochimica anaeroba-aeroba a apelor reziduale pentru purificarea de compusi organici si poate fi utilizata la statiile de epurare in industriile vinicola si alimentara. Procedeul propus include epurarea anaeroba a apelor reziduale prin utilizarea microflorei fixate si epurarea aeroba avansata a acestora la aerarea lor. Totodata la epurarea anaeroba in apele reziduale se introduce suplimentar un amestec de bioxid de carbon, obtinut la fermentarea alcoolica a vinului brut, si de hidrogen, care se obtine la electroliza cu membrana a solutiei apoase de hidroxid de sodiu, luate in raport masic de 1:(0,05...0,10). Aerarea se efectueaza cu aer imbogatit cu oxigen, care se obtine la electroliza cu membrana a solutiei apoase de hidroxid de sodiu. Pentru efectuarea electrolizei cu membrana se utilizeaza solutia apoasa de 20...22% de hidroxid de sodiu la raportul ariilor catodului si anodului de 1:1 si densitatea curentului de 1...5 A/dm2. Rezultatul inventiei consta in majorarea eficientei de epurare, precum si in cresterea productiei de biogaz. ŕ
