Abstract

Inventia se refera la un bioreactor anaerob si poate fi utilizata in diferite ramuri ale agriculturii si in industria de prelucrare pentru epurarea apelor reziduale si obtinerea biogazului. Bioreactorul anaerob include un corp cu baza conica, racorduri de alimentare cu apa reziduala si de evacuare a apei tratate, un sistem pentru evacuarea biogazului, o incarcatura si un sistem de recirculare a apei tratate. Bioreactorul este dotat cu plase amplasate transversal fata de axa longitudinala a corpului, care limiteaza stratul incarcaturii, si cu un jgheab pentru evacuarea apei tratate amplasat pe perimetrul interior al corpului. Sistemul de recirculare a apei tratate contine un tub vertical amplasat in centrul corpului si placi de centrare, care cu un capat sunt fixate rigid de suprafata interioara a corpului, iar cu celalalt capat, prin intermediul unor role, sprijina tubul. Partea inferioara a tubului este executata in forma de palnie rasturnata, iar partea superioara comunica cu racordurile de repartizare, unite cu o tija, conectata cu o transmisie cu biela-manivela. Racordul de evacuare a apei tratate este dotat cu dispozitiv cu sifon si cu robinet pentru intreruperea jetului de apa. ŕThe invention relates to an anaerobic bioreactor and can be used in different branches of agriculture and in the processing industry for waste water treatment and obtaining biogas. The anaerobic bioreactor includes a conical base body, waste water supply and waste water connections, a biogas disposal system, a loading and a recirculation system for treated water. The bioreactor is equipped with nets placed transversely to the longitudinal axis of the body, which limits the load layer, and with a gutter for draining treated water located on the inner perimeter of the body. The recirculation system of the treated water contains a vertical tube located in the center of the body and centering plates, which with one end are rigidly fixed to the inner surface of the body, and with the other end, by means of rollers, support the tube. The lower part of the tube is executed in the form of a screwed funnel, and the upper part communicates with the distribution connections, joined by a rod, connected with a crank-transmission. The outlet of the treated water is equipped with a device with a siphon and a tap to stop the water jet. à
