Abstract
Inventia se refera la constructie, in special la instalatiile pentru fabricarea blocurilor pentru pereti. Instalatia pentru fabricarea blocurilor compuse de gabarite mari pentru pereti include un post de calibrare a blocurilor mici care contine doua agregate de calibrare cu dispozitive pentru taierea transversala a blocurilor mici si transportoare de evacuare, un post de formare a randului de zidarie care contine un jgheab cu ghidaj inclinat, masa rotativa si impingator, un ansamblu de aplicare a mortarului care contine un ajutaj perforat in forma de U, unit cu o conducta de presiune a pompei pentru mortar, o cuva pentru colectarea surplusului de mortar, un post de formare a blocului compus care contine un fund plat, un ansamblu de turnare a stratului aparent, un ansamblu de aplicare a stratului de beton, precum si un post de intarire, in interiorul caruia este amplasat un ansamblu care contine un banc de asamblare a fragmentelor blocurilor compuse de gabarite mari si un buncar pentru prefabricate si blocurile finite.The invention relates to construction, in particular to installations for the manufacture of wall blocks.
