Abstract
The invention relates to the power engineering, in particular to devices for the conversion of solar radiation power into the electric one. The photoelectrochemical solar cell includes a photoelectrode, made of photosensitive semiconductor material of the compounds A3B5 or A2B6 and a counter-electrode, both placed into the gel of metasilicate acid H2SiO3 and connected to the external circuit.
