Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la o compoziţie farmaceutică ce poate fi utilizată pentru profilaxia sau tratamentul osteoporozei.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că compoziţia farmaceutică conţine carbonat de calciu sau amestecul lui cu hidroxicarbonat de magneziu sau cu vitamina D, unde la o doză de calciu de 150…1500 mg, preferabil de 200… 600 mg, pot reveni 100…1000 U.I., preferabil 400…900 U.I. de vitamina D, sau 20…500 mg, preferabil 150…300 mg de magneziu, în care substanţele active ce conţin calciu şi magneziu sunt triturate fin, astfel, încât cel puţin 80% de particule au dimensiuni sub 75 µm; şi, în plus, conţin adjuvanţi convenţionali şi derivaţi ai amidonului farmaceutic acceptabili, preferabil diamidonfosfat în cantitate de 5…40% mas., preferabil de 15…25% mas.; substanţe de origine vegetală abile să formeze xerogeluri cu apa, preferabil carragheenan, în cantitate de 0,1…1,0% mas., preferabil de 0,2…0,6% mas.Compoziţia menţionată reprezintă un praf instant, care, la adiţia formelor lichide, după o agitare de scurtă durată, formează o suspensie geliformă asemănătoare cu o budincă, tolerată bine de pacienţi.
