Abstract

The invention relates to electronics and can be used in medical devices for the treatment of diseases.The microwave generator includes a carcass (7), inside which is installed a plate (6) with parallel stripes, on which are installed a low-frequency generator (1) with a dielectric resonator, a frequency multiplier (2), a high-frequency filter (3), connected in series, and an embedded microstrip antenna (4) for the microwave radiation into a waveguide (5) of circular section.The result of the invention is to stabilize the frequency and power of microwave generator depending on the temperature, humidity and mechanical loads.
