The invention relates to the heterocyclic materials and, particularly, to the preparation of the 5-haloid theienoisothiazoles-3-(2H)-on-1,1-dioxides derivatives or pharmaceutically supportable acidic additive salts of formulawhere R is haloid, possessing the anxiolytic activity, which may be used in the medicine.The aim of the invention - cleation of new more active substances of the indicated class. the syntehesis is conductes by the reaction of 1-(2-pyrimidinylpiperazine with the compound of formulawhere X - haloid in the absolute dimetilhylformamide medium at 60°C during 45 min at further desired product isolation in the free form or in the form of the required salt. The new materials are low-toxic (more then 2000 mg/kg) and possesse a high antxiolytic activity.
