Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, şi anume la traumatologie şi ortopedie.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se efectuează reducerea deschisă a fragmentelor şi fixarea lor cu o placă metalică, care se fixează mai distal de locul fracturii, conform tehnicii standarde - AO, iar mai proximal - cu şuruburi scurte trecute doar prin stratul cortical lateral al femurului. Totodată, în jurul femurului, în locul fixării şuruburilor scurte, se trec cerclaje duble de sârmă, cuprinzând capetele lor.
