Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la traumatologie si ortopedie.Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca se efectueaza reducerea deschisa a fragmentelor si fixarea lor cu o placa metalica, care se fixeaza mai distal de locul fracturii, conform tehnicii standarde - AO, iar mai proximal - cu suruburi scurte trecute doar prin stratul cortical lateral al femurului. Totodata, in jurul femurului, in locul fixarii suruburilor scurte, se trec cerclaje duble de sarma, cuprinzand capetele lor. ŕ
