Abstract
The invention related to medicine, exactly to the construction of the articulated-plaeter bandage, offered in traomatology while threating with extremity fracture.The aim of the invention - to improve the fracture place fixation reliability with the conservation of the joint function.The articulated - plaster bandage with a free knee joint contains two stiff lateral plate, which are plasted in plaster sleeves, the free ends of the plates are placed overlapping and connected with the help of the articulator which has the same axis as the joint. The newest is the following: the plate parts at the articulatory connected ends have fixators, situated according to the arc of a circle with the centre at the articulator axis, almost each plate in its few parts has same holes for the fixators. The articulated - plaster bandage with free joints prevents the contracture formation.At the moment of the fracture adhesion the function in the joints of immobilized extremity, remains completely, that heeps to shorten the date of temporary disablement. The latter helps to recommend the wide usage of the abovementioned device in the prophilactic of contractures while treating with extremity fracture.
