Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, exactly to gynaecology. The main aim of the offered method is to reduce the postnatal suppurative-septical diseases and their complication while abdominal delivery which cause infant and maternal mortality.The vagina of the pregnant women being decontaminated by way of introducing lactic acid bacteria once a day at the period of 5-10 days at the third semestre of their pregnancy, and at the same time the blood optical maser irradiation performes by a electromagnetic emission of infra- redscope daily at the period of 10-20 minutes; and at the first three day after abdominal delivery the electro- chemical intravenous detoxication by sodium hypochlorite,is carried out at the concentration of 350-450 mgr/l, and the intrauterine irrigation at the concentration of 900-1100 mgr/l once a day.
