Abstract
Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la oncologie şi poate fi aplicată pentru tratamentul tumorilor maligne ale pielii şi mucoaselor.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se acţionează simultan cu unde roentgen cu puterea de 1 Gy/min până la doza maximă de 58…62 Gy timp de 0,4…3,0 min şi cu radiaţie laser timp de 3 min cu o putere medie de iradiere de 2,4 mW şi lungimea de undă 0,662 µm la o distanţă de 7…10 cm de la tumoare, timp de 15…20 de zile. După zece zile de tratament se efectuează criodistrucţia într-un timp cu 3…4 aplicaţii, iar apoi după 3…4 zile se efectuează necrectomia. După finisarea acţiunii cu radiaţie se acţionează asupra plăgii cu unde ultrascurte fracţionate cu o frecvenţa de 8 MHz timp de 30 min, apoi cu unde ultrascurte continuii cu o frecvenţa de 16 MHz timp de 30 min.
