Abstract

The invention relates to medicine exactly to the abdominal surgery and it can be used for the medical treatment of the patients with a gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer by resection of the stomach.The subject matter of the method is the following: the sections of the crossed gastric-colonic cluster are catching by the bronshs (…….) of haemostatic clamps on more than 2 cm than usual with a sewing in the center of the catched section with the help of the thread of the catched part at the same edgees. The comfort and completeness of the viewing is achieved with the help of thesmall stomach curvature by premature crossing of duodenal ulcer (DU) just after the pylorus and setting the distal part of a stomach into the wound.
