Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină, în special la chirurgie şi poate fi aplicată pentru prevenirea complicaţiilor după hemicolectomie în caz de afecţiuni oncologice ale intestinului gros sau după utilizarea porţiunilor de intestin în calitate de grefă pentru plastia esofagului.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se efectuează laparotomia mediană xifoombilicală, se examinează intestinul gros şi se marchează hotarele porţiunii de intestin care urmează a fi înlăturată. Apoi se ligaturează şi se incizează vasele mezocolonului, după care se efectuează rezecţia porţiunii marcate de intestin gros. După înlăturarea porţiunii de intestin se instituie o anastomoză între porţiunile de intestin gros rămase, care se suturează în trei planuri. Apoi se efectuează peritonizarea flancului de unde a fost înlăturată porţiunea de intestin prin suturarea unui lambou din omentul mare de marginea peritoneului parietal de pe flanc şi de seroasa intestinului gros refăcut. Apoi se efectuează drenarea cavităţii abdominale şi suturarea pe straturi a plăgii.
