Abstract
Sort of plum Vengerka Iubileinaia, obtained from the interbreeding of such kinds as TULEU GRASS and QUEEN VICTORIA, regioned in Moldova for all the regions of fruit growing.The tree is of strong growth power with a flat orbicular or spreading dense crown. The skeleton branches form a corner of approximately 90°. The sort is self-sterile. The pollinators are such sorts as ANNA SHPET, VENGERKA ITALIANSKAIA, STENLEY, VENGERKA MOLDAVSKAIA. The fruits ripen at 15-25 august, they are rather big(40-50 gr.), oval and oval-lengthening. The thin skin is of medium thickness, dense, elastic, dark-blue, covered with an intensive blue waxen layer. The pulp is greeny, dense, of mean juicy, sour-sweet, of high taste quality. It contains 18-20% of dry substances, 12-14% of sugar, 1-1,2% of acids, 6-7mg% of vita C. The stone composites 3,5% from the whole mass of a fruit, it separates from the pulp. The trees begin to fructify very early. The crop forms 15-25/Hec. The sort is frost-resistant, drought-resistant. Stable to the main diseases and vervim. The fruits are transportable, are used fresh and for producing dry-fruits of high quality and prunes.
