Abstract

Invenţia se referă la chimia compuşilor coordinativi heterometalici şi radiochimie şi poate fi utilizată în calitate de catalizator de descompunere radiolitică a apei. Esenţa invenţiei constă în utilizarea în calitate de catalizator a trihidratului catena-[(µ2-(O,O΄)-etilendiamintetraacetato)bismutatului(III)] de hexaaquacupru(II){[Cu(H2O)6][BiEdta]2 ·3H2O, unde H4Edta=(HOOCCH2)2N(CH2)2 N(CH2COOH)2}.Randamentul radiolitic al hidrogenului în acest caz creşte de 40,2 ori în comparaţie cu procesul necatalitic şi de 1,3 ori în comparaţie cu analogul - dimerul aqua-etilendiamintetraacetatobismutat(III) de 1,2-dinitrotetraamincobalt(III).
