Abstract

Invenţia se referă la medicină şi anume la chirurgia plastică.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că se desenează limitele anatomice ale arterei gluteale superioare, se marchează graniţele lamboului gluteal cutanat, se detaşează acesta de la muşchi, se evidenţiază într-un bloc unitar vasele perforante împreună cu ţesutul celuloadipos subcutanat şi fascia, totodată se disecă artera gluteală superioară. Consecutiv sau concomitent se prepară regiunea defectului, în care se migrează lamboul cutanat şi se suturează marginile lui cu porţiunea cutanată, iar regiunea donatoare se suturează.
