Abstract

The invention refers to the installations for water current-to-mechanical energy conversion that can be used for autonomous production of electric power. The hydraulic motor consists of a drum with horizontal shaft and axial blades, installed into a radial channel. The lateral parts of the drum and the blades are equipped with plastic and elastic sealing collars around the whole perimeter, simultaneously the blades are provided with rolls. In the drum rotation process the blades may occupy two positions - passive and active (operating). The blades transition from the passive position into the active one is made by means of a bearer, fixed in the upper part of the motor, acting upon the blades roll, gradually turning them. When one part of the drum with blades gets into the radial channel, the plastic and elastic sealing collars hermetically seal the channel and direct the water current towards the active blades.The result consists in increasing the efficacy of water current kinetic energy use with reduced velocity.Claims: 1Fig.: 6
