Abstract

Invenţia se referă la optoelectronică, în particular la procedeele de fabricare a dispozitivelor optice cu ghiduri de undă.Procedeul de fabricare a dispozitivului optic planar cu ghid de undă constă în faptul că pe suprafaţa substratului se depune o mască, se implantează ioni cu energie înaltă şi se formează un ghid de undă. Noutateainvenţiei constă în aceea că ghidul de undă se formează prin anodizarea electrochimică a regiunilor neimplantate.
