Abstract

The invention relates to the electroerosion machining, in particular to processes for the control of interelectrode space.The electronic controller of interelectrode space for electroerosion machining contains an alternating current source (1), to one lead of which is connected the input of a direct current control motor (2), whose output is connected to the anode of a diode (3), the cathode of which is connected to the collector of the transistor (5) and to the cathode of the diode (4), the anode of which is connected to the collector of the transistor (6). The emitters of the transistors (5, 6) are connected to the second lead of the alternating current source (1). The bases of the transistors (5, 6) are connected through resistors (7, 8) to the output of a comparator (11), connected to a power source. The direct input of the comparator (11) is connected to the midpoint of the voltage divider, made of two resistances (9, 10), the other leads thereof being connected, respectively, to the positive and negative leads of the power source. The inverting input of the comparator (11) is connected to the variable resistance control lead (12), connected in parallel to the electrodes (13).The result of the invention consists in increasing the interelectrode space control accuracy and increasing the piece surface treatment quality.
