Abstract

Invenţia se referă la fiziologia plantelor şi poate fi utilizată în agricultură în calitate de test pentru depistarea substanţelor biologic active cu capacitate de stimulare a rizogenezei plantelor.Metoda de depistare a activităţii auxinice a substanţelor biologic active include tratarea butaşilor de soia, utilizaţi în calitate de obiect-test, cu soluţie apoasă a substanţei biologic active în concentraţie de 1…20 mg/l şi depistarea ulterioară a stimulării veridice a rizogenezei în comparaţie cu martorul.Rezultatul invenţiei constă în creşterea veridicităţii şi eficienţei metodei în baza utilizării unui obiect-test mai sensibil.
