Abstract

The invention refers to medicine, in particular to orthopedics and may be applied for surgical treatment of the distal radius dysplastic deformations (Madelung's disease). Summary of the method consists in that in the medial and inferior thirds of the forearm there is installed for one Ilizarov's ring and for two needles are crosswise introduced through the forearm bones into the medial third, and into the inferior third the needles are introduced through metaphysis at the border with the physeal zone of the radius so that one of the needles is introduced more dorsal the ulna head, afterwards it is made the oblique osteotomy of the radius. Then in 10 days it is started the distraction for 0,50...0,75 mm daily up to correction of the deformation, elongation of the segment and reduction of the ulna head.Claims: 1
