Abstract
Invenţia se referă la biotehnologie, şi anume la un procedeu de obţinere anaerobă a biogazului din deşeuri agroindustriale.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, prevede tratarea prealabilă a biomasei prin aducerea acesteia la umiditatea de 80…90%, fărâmiţarea ulterioară a substratului cu introducerea unui biocatalizator organic, fermentarea anaerobă în regim mezofil şi colectarea biogazului, totodată în calitate de biomasă se utilizează un amestec din borhot de la distilarea alcoolului, dejecţii de bovine şi/sau de găini, şi reziduuri dispersate de la prelucrarea cărnii cu mărimea particulelor solide de 20…100 µm în raport de masă 1 : (0,2…0,7) : (0,1…0,2), respectiv, în calitate de biocatalizator organic se utilizează suspensie de 50…70% din seminţe de castan Aesculus hippocastanum, obţinută prin zdrobirea şi măcinarea umedă până la dispersivitatea de 0,1…1,0 µm, amestecată cu borhot de la distilarea alcoolului în calitate de fază lichidă, care se injectează dozat în cantitate de 0,15…0,40 ml/L în biomasă la fermentarea anaerobă la un pH de 6,5…8,5 şi amestecare periodică.Rezultatul constă în creşterea simultană a conţinutului de metan în biogaz şi valorii lui calorice.
