Inventia se refera la epurarea apelor reziduale provenite de la industria galvanica, in special la separarea selectiva a metalelor colorate din apelereziduale si intoarcerea acestora in ciclul tehnologic de depunere a acoperirilor. Aparatul pentru regenerarea electrochimica a compusilor metalelor colorate contine o carcasa (1) cu o conducta de intrare (2) cu ventil electromagnetic (3) si conducta de evacuare a apei prelucrate (4). In partea inferioara a carcasei sunt instalate un catod (5) si un anod (6) amplasate in camera (7) cu diafragma separatoare (8) unita prin conducte (9) cu un ventil electromagnetic (10), iar printr-o conducta (11)si o pompa circulanta (12) - cu un reactor (13) si un sesizor pH (14) amplasat in el. In partea inferioara a reactorului (13) este instalata o camera(15) cu incarcatura sferica magnetica (16), dotata cu conducta de evacuare (17) si ventil electromagnetic (18). Din partea exterioara a camerei (15) este instalat un solenoid (19). Aparatul include un sistem de reglare automata a procesului de regenerare electrochimica a compusilor metalelor colorate, care controleaza valoarea pH, asigurand formarea garantata a hidroxizilor metalelor, care se contin in apa de prelucrat in spatiul catodic al electrolizorului cu diafragma, si efectueaza controlulvalorii pH in colectorul de solutii acide. In the lower part of the reactor (13) is installed a chamber (15) with a magnetic spherical load (16), equipped with an exhaust pipe (17) and an electromagnetic valve (18). A solenoid (19) is installed on the outside of the chamber (15). The device includes a system of automatic regulation of the electrochemical regeneration process of colored metal compounds, which controls the pH value, ensuring the guaranteed formation of metal hydroxides, which are contained in the processing water in the cathodic space of the diaphragm electrolyzer, and controls the pH value in the collector. of acidic solutions. According to the pH values, the system is switched to the neutralization regime of the metal hydroxides in the acid solution of the inert salts in the reactor.
