Abstract

Prezenta invenţie se referă la unele metode de biotehnologie aplicate în agricultură şi anume la metode de asigurare a rezistenţei viţei de vie faţă de boli.Invenţia se referă la viţa de vie transgenică sau la componentul viţei de vie transgenice transformate cu gena vir sau cu fragmentul antipatogenic al acesteia, în care expresia genei vir sau a fragmentului antipatogenic al acesteia în viţa de vie transgenică sau în componentul viţei de vie transgenice asigură rezistinţa faţă de patogenul bacterian al plantei (de exemplu, Agrobacterium vitis)
