The invention refers to medicine, namely to obstetrics and it is provided for prophylaxis of bacterial vaginoses and vaginites of non-specific etiology.Summary of the invention consists in that within 30…45 days before the beginning of the supposed birth, the pregnant is administered an effective amount of splat and eubiotin 2…4 times a day per os. In 24 hours after birth during 5…7 days the vagina mucosa, preliminarily treated with 0,01% miramistine solution, is irradiated with polarized light with the wave length of 400…2000 nm, the power of 40 mW/cm2 for 5…10 min 2 times a day. In the following 3…5 days the vagina mucosa is treated with eubiotin once a day.
