Abstract
Invenţia se referă la confecţionarea mobilierului, şi anume, la un procedeu de asamblare a mobilierului tapiţat modular, şi poate fi utilizată pentru îmbinarea şezuturilor şi cotierelor canapelelor de construcţie modulară.Procedeul de asamblare a mobilierului tapiţat modular constă în aceea că, mai întâi, în mijlocul părţii inferioare a cadrului, cel puţin, unei cotiere (3) a mobilierului tapiţat modular printr-un şurub autofiletant (7) se montează o clemă de fixare de tip L (2). Apoi, se îmbină, cel puţin, o cotieră (3) cu un şezut (4) al mobilierului tapiţat modular prin plasarea cadrului şezutului (4) în partea verticală a clemei (2), după care, cotiera (3) şi şezutul (4) se fixează între ele prin intermediul unei cleme de fixare de tip U (1). Cel puţin, două şezuturi (4) se îmbină între ele prin fixarea în partea superioară a cadrelor acestora cu ajutorul, cel puţin, unei cleme (1). În cadrele şezutului (4) şi cotierei (3) sunt executate preventiv adâncituri (5) pentru situarea în acestea a clemelor (1) şi (2). Pe şezuturi (4) se plasează perne (8), care acoperă adânciturile (5).The invention relates to the manufacture of furniture, namely, to a method of assembling modular upholstered furniture, and can be used for joining the seats and armrests of modular sofas. The method of assembling modular upholstered furniture consists in that, first, in the middle of the lower part of the frame of at least one armrest (3) of the modular upholstered furniture, an L-type fixing clamp (2) is mounted by means of a self-tapping screw (7). Then, at least one armrest (3) is joined to a seat (4) of the modular upholstered furniture by placing the seat frame (4) in the vertical part of the clamp (2), after which the armrest (3) and the seat (4) are fixed to each other by means of a U-type fixing clamp (1). At least two seats (4) are joined together by fixing their frames at the top with at least one clamp (1). In the frames of the seat (4) and the armrest (3) recesses (5) are made in advance for locating the clamps (1) and (2). Cushions (8) are placed on the seats (4), which cover the recesses (5).
