Detailed Description
The following description is of the preferred embodiments of the utility model and is not intended to limit the scope of the utility model.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a high stability leisure chair with adjustable height of the back plate comprises a sitting plate 11, a main body back plate 12, armrests 13, a supporting plate 14, a same side connecting plate 15, a movable back plate unit 1 with grooves for inserting the main body back plate 12, a rear cross bar 2 arranged on two armrests 13 and used for supporting the movable back plate unit 1 with grooves, and a lower cross bar 3 arranged on two supporting plates 14 on different sides.
In this embodiment, the high stability of the leisure chair is mainly represented by the following 3 aspects:
The first, the above-mentioned backup plate height-adjustable function, through the said body backup plate 12 and inserting the structure of the movable backup plate unit 1 of the trough of trough realize, the direct inserting part is the said body backup plate 12 oneself, trough of trough movable backup plate unit 1 oneself in this structure, therefore have the advantage that the size of inserting the structure is large, intensity is large, can guarantee the whole movable backup plate structure has higher structural stability;
The second, 1 handrail 13, 2 backup pad 14 and 1 homonymy connecting plate 15 of homonymy form the support frame body of this leisure chaise longue together, this leisure chaise longue totally has 2 above-mentioned support frame body structures, and the horizontal pole 2 of back and below 3 can make 2 above-mentioned support frame body structures connect as a whole further, guarantee this leisure chaise longue has the higher support frame body structure of stability;
thirdly, the rear cross bar 2 also has the function of supporting the movable backup plate unit 1 with the groove, and the supporting effect is always effective in the whole lifting process of the movable backup plate unit with the groove.
The seat 11 and the main body backup plate 12 are integrally formed or screwed and fixed, one side of the leisure chair, which is close to the main body backup plate 12, is the rear side, and the opposite side is the front side. The handrail 13 is integrally formed with one support plate 14 in front, and is fixedly connected with the other support plate 14 in rear, and the same-side connecting plate 15 is fixedly connected with the front support plate 14 and the rear support plate 14. The number of the connecting bolts 17 is 2 on one side, and the connecting bolts are connected with the supporting plate mounting holes 18 and the seat plate connecting grooves 16, so that the supporting frame part and the main body part of the leisure chair can be effectively fixed.
On the other hand, the movable fence unit 1 with grooves has a rectangular shape, and is inserted into the main fence 12 downwards, and the vertical height of the main fence is fully fixed, so that the dual advantages of adjustable fence height and high overall structural stability of the fence can be realized.
Furthermore, the rear rail 2 is integrally formed with two armrests 13, which always support the grooved movable fence unit 1, even though the latter is of varying height, while the number of lower rails 3 is 2, respectively connecting two front support plates 14, and two rear support plates 14.
The chair structure can be considered as a high-stability leisure chair with the function of adjusting the height of the back plate.
The grooved movable fence unit 1 includes a fence body 101, and a mounting groove 102 provided on a lower surface of the fence body 101 for insertion into the main body fence 12.
In this embodiment, the plate body 101, the seat plate 11, the main body backup plate 12, the armrest 13 and the support plate 14 may be provided with the existing chamfer structures and soft package materials as required. The size and shape of the notch of the mounting groove 102 correspond to those of the main body backup plate 12, so that the plate body 101 can only move vertically or obliquely and vertically on the main body backup plate 12 and is not easy to loosen.
One way in which the plate 101 may be maintained at the desired height after adjustment is by a suitable interference fit between the mounting slot 102 and the plate 101. On the other hand, in normal use of the leisure chair, the direction of the pressure applied to the board body 101 does not completely coincide with the plugging direction of the board body 101, so that the plugging structure is not a main stress position of the backup board supporting function, and the fixing strength generated by the interference fit mode can be enough.
Accordingly, one of the requirements of the high stability characteristics of the leisure chair is that the seat 11, the main body back plate 12 and the movable back plate unit 1 with grooves have sufficient material strength, for example, engineering plastics with relatively high strength can be selected as main body materials of the seat 11, the main body back plate 12 and the movable back plate unit with grooves.
The grooved movable fence unit 1 further includes a mounting hole 103 provided on a side surface of the fence body 101, and a fastening bolt 104 provided on the mounting hole 103 and used for clamping the main body fence 12.
In this embodiment, the fastening manner in which the fastening bolt 104 is screwed into the mounting hole 103 to clamp the main body fence 12 inwards may be used as an alternative or supplement to the above-mentioned interference fit manner.
Correspondingly, the front surface of the plate 101 is used for supporting the occupant, the back surface of the plate is propped against and supported by the rear cross bar 2, the fastening bolts 104 are arranged on two side surfaces of the plate, the lower surface of the plate is used for starting to open the mounting groove 102, and the two ends of the upper surface of the plate are provided with comfort chamfer structures according to requirements.
The side surface of the main body backup plate 12 is also provided with positioning grooves 4, and the number of one side of the mounting holes 103 is 3-5.
In this embodiment, the positioning groove 4 is used to screw in the fastening bolt 104, and the fastening bolt is only threaded, so that the friction clamping force generated by the fastening bolt 104 on the main body backup plate 12 is upgraded to a combination of clamping and plugging. Although the mode has limitation of only stepwise adjustment, the height stability of the plate body 101 after adjustment can be greatly improved, so that the plate body is not easy to fall or fall outwards.
The armrest 13 is also provided with a connecting hole 5 for installing the fastening bolt 104.
In this embodiment, the fastening bolt 104 is further used to fasten together with the armrest 13, that is, the fastening bolt 104 sequentially passes through the connecting hole 5, the mounting hole 103 and the positioning slot 4 to connect the armrest 13, the plate body 101 and the main body leaning plate 12 into a whole, which has a great improvement on the structural stability of the leisure chair.
The armrest 13 and the back plate are relatively independent, which is detrimental to the structural stability of the leisure chair. Correspondingly, the connecting hole 5 is always aligned with the positioning slot 4, the mounting hole 103 is alternatively aligned with the positioning slot 4, and the connecting hole 5 is also provided with threads.
A reinforcing cover plate 6 for covering the mounting hole 103 is also provided between the armrest 13 and the rear support plate 14.
In this embodiment, the reinforcing cover plate 6 has at least the following 2 functions:
First, the reinforcement connects the armrest 13 and the back support plate 14, which improves the structural stability of the support frame of the leisure chair;
Second, the mounting hole 103 which may be located below the armrest 13 and is exposed directly is blocked and covered, so that the sundries are prevented from entering the hole greatly, and the appearance integrity of the leisure chair is improved.
The movable fence unit 1 with grooves further includes a communication groove 105 provided on the upper surface and both side surfaces of the board body 101 for providing the mounting hole 103, and a locking strip 106 provided on the communication groove 105 for covering the mounting hole 103.
In the present embodiment, the mounting hole 103 is provided on a central side of the communication groove 105, and a grooved width of the latter is larger than a head size of the fastening bolt 104, so that the fastening bolt 104 can be entirely screwed on the communication groove 105.
The material of the engaging strip 106 is a common elastic rubber, which is used for blocking and covering the mounting hole 103 which may be located above the handrail 13 and is exposed directly, so as to prevent the sundries from entering the hole substantially, and the effect is similar to that of the reinforcing cover plate 6.
On the other hand, the engaging strip 106 may also be used as a decorative strip or a trademark strip of the leisure chair.
The movable fence unit 1 with grooves further includes a receiving hole 107 provided in the communication groove 105 for inserting the folded section of the engagement bar 106.
In this embodiment, since the fastening bolt 104 is required to be used in a pair between the plurality of mounting holes 103 having different heights. Therefore, the number of the mounting holes 103 which are originally exposed directly above the armrest 13 is not constant, and thus the required actual length of the engagement strip 106 is also not constant.
Generally, the higher the fastening bolt 104 is, the smaller the required actual length of the engaging strip 106 is, and vice versa. The receiving hole 107 is used to insert the folded part of the engaging strip 106, so that the receiving hole can have a short and adjustable effective length while still being engaged in the communicating slot 105, and reference may be made to fig. 6.
The receiving hole 107 is provided on the upper surface of the plate body 101.
In this embodiment, the communication groove 105 may be divided into 3 segments of 1 segment on the upper surface of the plate body 101 and 1 segment on each of both sides of the plate body 101 according to the position thereof on the plate body 101.
If the receiving hole 107 is provided in the communicating groove 105 portion of the latter two, the inwardly protruding, folded engagement strip 106 will relatively earlier block the body fence 12 caught in the mounting groove 102, thereby affecting, limiting the optional insertion depth of the body fence 12, which is disadvantageous.
Accordingly, the receiving hole 107 is provided on the upper surface of the plate body 101 such that the inwardly protruding, folded region of the engagement bar 106 is not likely to block the body fence 12, as can be seen in fig. 6 and 7.
The movable fence unit 1 with grooves further includes a rear opening 108 for lifting provided in the board body 101.
In this embodiment, the rear opening 108 for lifting is relatively located above the mounting groove 102, so that the rear opening 108 for lifting is not blocked by the main body fence 12 even at the maximum insertion depth, and the force-applying and holding function for lifting at the opening is always effective.
On the other hand, even though the body armrest 12 has blocked the rear lifting opening 108, the latter function of providing a force application position is still effective because the rear lifting opening 108 has a certain opening depth from the body, and at this time, the hollow-style plate body 101 still has a certain wall thickness, where four fingers are inserted, so that the leisure chair can be lifted relatively conveniently and comfortably.
The embodiments of the present utility model have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, but the present utility model is not limited to the above embodiments, and various modifications may be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present utility model. These are all non-inventive modifications which are intended to be protected by the patent laws within the scope of the appended claims.
