Abstract

Изобретение относится к медицине, в частности к офтальмологии, и может быть использовано для прогноза тяжести непролиферативной диабетической ретинопатии с целью установления последующего терапевтического лечения.Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что с помощью оптической когерентной томографии в ангиорежиме без контраста определяют сосудистую плотность сетчатки, которая представляет отношение общей поверхности слоя сетчатки к ее поверхности, занятой сосудами, в случае когда сосудистая плотность сетчатки составляет 40,2...35,1 прогнозируют легкую степень тяжести, в случае когда составляет 35,0...25,6 прогнозируют среднюю степень тяжести и в случае когда составляет 25,5 и ниже прогнозируют тяжелую степень тяжести непролиферативной диабетической ретинопатии.
