The invention refers to the food industry, in particular to spices for salads, namely to mayonnaises and may be used for making thereof. The mayonnaise contains, in mass %: vegetable oil - 64,0...65,0; dried milk - 1,5...1,6; egg powder - 4,9...5,0; mustard powder - 0,7...0,8; sugar - 1,4...1,5; salt - 1,1...1,2; sodium bicarbonate - 0,04...0,06; 80% acetic acid - 0,6...0,7; dry vegetables - 1,5...2,5; water - the rest.The result of the invention consists in expanding the assortment of mayonnaises with highly biological value and original taste.Claims: 1
