The invention related to the biotechnology and particularly to obtaining biomass of microalga with a rich content of cyanocobalamine and can be used to encrease the efficiency of using this biomass as a byological stimulator. The aim of the invention is to encrease the level of vitamine B12 in the biomass of Spiruline. The method consists in cultivating microalga in the presence of the compound with cobalt-trans [Cloraminobus-(dioximato)cobalt III].[(CoCl(DH)2NH3].
