Abstract

The invention relates to the biomass processing for the obtaining of solid fuel in a usable form and may be used in the processing and food industries, in animal husbandry.The biomass flow conditioning mixer comprises a body (1) with covers (7, 8) and a tubular shaft (2), inside which it is installed a rack (3) of round section, blades (4, 21) fixed on mobile axes (5), mounted into bushes (6), fixed on the tubular shaft (2), biomass inlet (9) and outlet (10) fittings and a water or steam inlet fitting (11). The rack (3), on which there are cut straight teeth opposite to each bush (6), meshes with the mobile axes (5), on which there are cut teeth analogous to the teeth on the rack (3). On one of the covers (8) of the body (1) it is fixed by means of thread a bush (14), wherein it is placed a bearing (15), mounted on the rack (3), and on the bush (14) it is mounted a round box (17) with a stopper (18) fixed with a screw (19).
