Abstract
Invenţia se referă la metodele de determinare a rezistenţei ecologice a plantelor şi poate fi utilizată în agricultură, în particular, în selecţia plantelor.Esenţa invenţiei constă în aceea că rezistenţa plantelorse estimează prin măsurarea rezistenţei electrice a ţesuturilor frunzelor la condiţiile optime ale mediului, după acţiunea factorului nefavorabil şi după restabilirea condiţiilor optime ale mediului, totodată se ia în consideraţie acţiunea succesivă a factorilor nefavorabili ai mediului: răcire, arşiţă, deshidratare şi acţiunea lor complexă: răcire+deshidratare, arşiţă+deshidratare. După gradul de modificare a rezistenţei electrice a ţesuturilor frunzelor se calculează rezistenţa plantelor la factorii nefavorabili, iar după valoarea ei medie se determină rezistenţa ecologică a plantelor.Rezultatul constă în determinarea expeditivă a reacţiei plantelor la acţiunea stres-factorului şi capacităţii plantei de a-şi restabili funcţiile după optimizarea condiţiilor mediului.
